Miloš je obchodní specialista s více než třicetiletou zkušeností v oblasti FMCG a hotelového segmentu. Od roku 2008 se věnuje hotelovému segmentu v roli sales manažera, kdy nastoupil do společnosti Pacific Direct, která se v roce 2015 stala součástí skupiny ADA Cosmetics. V rámci své profesní specializace se zaměřuje na efektivní řešení v oblasti hotelové kosmetiky a doplňků (guest amenities). Během své kariéry se podílel na budování a rozvoji obchodních vztahů s významnými hotelovými řetězci i nezávislými hotely napříč Českou a Slovenskou republikou. Ve své práci klade důraz na kvalitu, vlastní výrobu a dodržování přísných legislativních standardů. Hledá přesná řešení šitá na míru hotelům z pohledu cenových kalkulací nebo přesného výběru kosmetiky dle typu hotelu a jeho zaměření. Jeho profesní přístup vystihuje motto: „Nenabízíme šampony – nabízíme kvalitní kosmetiku podloženou vlastní výrobou a vysokými standardy.“
